Nathan was brought up in the midwest where his father, a third-generation stone mason, taught him the value of craftsmanship. From this experience grew an appreciation for the working man, as well as a passion for building things with his hands.
Nathan loves the surprise that happens from seeing out of the ordinary things in ordinary places. That moment of surprise helps bring awareness to our surroundings and creates an opportunity to reimagine our sense of place. In his most recent work he has been exploring the idea of unity and how we learn to feel connected through new perspectives.
An uplifting piece with feelings of growth, movement, and ascension, Continuum brings with it a sense of majesty and hope that fits Roswell beautifully. With its steel structure taking on graceful curves and delicate motions, Continuum is not unlike the flow of the Chattahoochee River that formed the foundation for our community and symbolizes our connection to nature.
