Diane is an E-RYT 200-hr certified, Yoga Alliance-registered instructor who has been teaching movement for more than 30 years. Diane’s journey includes a debilitating car accident. During recovery, Diane relearned the beauty of breath and discovered the power of yoga to heal our minds, bodies, and spirits. Diane’s teaching method is about making yoga approachable and do-able in day-to-day life, so that your movement practice can serve as an enriching ‘home’— a place to which you can return and be well.
